The Butler men's tennis program traveled to Kalamazoo, Mich. this weekend to take on Central Michigan and Cornerstone (Mich.). 
 
Bulldogs fell 7-0 to the Central Michigan Broncos in this morning's match of their double header. The Bulldogs finished the day with a 4-0 victory over Cornerstone (Mich.).

In singles play, Alvaro Huete Vadillo, Nicolas Arts, and Siddhartha Lama helped clinch the win for the Bulldogs. Huete defated Santi Castellanos, 6-1, 6-1 in the No. 1 singles spot. Arts defeated Luis Azurduy, 6-2, 6-1 in the No. 2 singles spot. Lama beat Alesandro Santana 6-0, 6-1 in the No.5 singles spot.

In doubles play, Rahulniket Konakanchi and Patrick Joss claimied a close 6-3 win over Luis Azurduy and Dani Alfaro. Konakanchi and Joss are now 6-1 in doubles play for the spring season. Nicholas Shirley and Nicholas Balthazor beat Joaquin Micheloni and Dani Alfaro in a close 6-4 finish. 

The Bulldogs will be back in action on Saturday, Feb 17 where they will take on Louisville in Louisville, Ky.
