The Butler women's lacrosse program will travel to Notre Dame to take on Coach Zentgraf's alma mater. The first draw is set for 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 18 in South Bend, Ind.

Bulldog Bits:

• Maggie Zentgraf is in her second season as head coach for the Bulldogs. Zentgraf is a former member of the Notre Dame women's lacrosse team. Zentgraf previously coached at Division III Lake Forest, going 11-4 in the program's first-ever season. 
• In the Bulldogs previous match, they claimed their first victory of the season with a 13-12 win over Central Michigan. The Bulldogs are currently 1-0. 
• Senior midfielder Leah Rubino tied both Butler's single-game record and her own career-high with seven goals in the contest for the Bulldogs with seven goals. Rubino was named BIG EAST Midfielder of the Week for the third time in her career at Butler. 
• Goalie Caroline Smith recorded 14 saves on the 32 shots faced in Butler's match against the Chippewas. 
• Freshman midfielder Emily Eckert recorded two goals against Central Michigan. Eckert also received BIG EAST Freshman of the Week honors.   

 
Scouting Notre Dame:

• Notre Dame is 2-0 all time over the Bulldogs.
• The program is led by Christine Halfpenny, who is in her 13^th season leading the Fighting Irish. 
• Notre Dame is currently 2-0 this season with wins over Eastern Michigan and Central Michigan. 
• Jackie Wolak has been the leading scorer for the Fighting Irish thus far this season with a total of seven goals.  
• Notre Dame women's lacrosse is currently ranked eighth in the Division I Women's Lacrosse poll.
