The Butler women's lacrosse team faced a 25-3 loss on Sunday afternoon to No. 8 Notre Dame. The Bulldogs are now 1-1 for the season and the Fighting Irish now obtain a 4-0 record. 

Senior midfielder Leah Rubino went for three shots in the game and scored one goal. In addition, she drew six draw controls. Teammates Kayla Kielbasa and Patricia Lynn, each contributed a goal in today's game. Goalies Caroline Smith and Aleigh Monroe each accounted for four saves. 
 
The Bulldogs will be back home to take on Vanderbilt on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at Varsity Field.
