**Butler's department GPA was updated to 3.451 following an update from the registrar's office after this release was initially posted.

INDIANAPOLIS – Butler's student-athletes continued their strong performance in the classroom during the spring 2024 semester. The teams combined for an impressive 3.451 cumulative GPA.

The achievement marks the 11th consecutive semester that Butler student-athletes combined for a 3.3 GPA or higher.

The spring 2024 semester saw 86 student-athletes earn a perfect 4.0 GPA. Butler also had 346 student-athletes make the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, which requires a GPA of at least 3.25.

The women's soccer team recorded the highest team GPA among Butler's programs with a 3.810. Women's cross country registered a 3.805 GPA and were closely followed by women's track and field, which posted mark of 3.776.

The cross country team led on the men's side with a 3.564 mark. Men's track and field and baseball rounded out the top three with 3.467 and 3.343 GPAs, respectively.

Nine of Butler's 20 athletic programs produced a team GPA of 3.5 or better for the spring semester.
