The Bulldogs will open the 2024-25 season Friday, making the short drive downtown to compete in the IU Indy Invitational. The two-day event runs through Saturday.
 
The event is one of four on the fall portion of the schedule. Butler will also participate in the ITA Regionals (Oct. 10-14 on the Middle Tennessee campus), the Michigan State Hidden Duals (Oct. 31-Nov. 3), and the Western Michigan Invitational (Nov. 8-10).
 
The fall schedule will prepare the Bulldogs for the spring dual match portion of the slate. The spring begins Jan. 18 as the Bulldogs travel to Northwestern.
 
Over the next few months, Butler will face off against seven BIG EAST foes in advance of the BIG EAST Tournament, which is scheduled for April 17-20 in Cayce, S.C.
 
The Bulldog program is now led by head coach Cassie Shultz. She will utilize a talented roster that includes three seniors.
