Dawgs Look to Build Off 1-0 Start This Weekend

This weekend the Butler Men's Tennis team (1-0) is back in action. After starting off the spring season with a dramatic win over Cleveland State the Dawgs will look to stay hot over the weekend. 

On Friday the 24th the Dawgs will travel to Evansville Indiana to take on the University of Southern Indiana. That match will start at 2 p.m. On Sunday Jan 26th Butler will travel to Toledo Ohio to take on the Rockets of Toledo. That match will start at 1 p.m.

Patrick Joss, Nicolas Arts and Rahulniket Konakanchi all won their singles matches in the opener and will look to continue their winning ways this weekend. All three doubles duos were also victorious in the team's opening match. 

About the Screaming Eagles 

The match on the 24th will be the University of Southern Indiana's first match of the season. Last season they were 5-16. 

About the Rockets

Currently, the Rockets are 0-1 dropping their opening match to No. 3 Ohio State. On Saturday the 25th they host IU Indy.

The Dawgs will return to the Indianapolis Racquet Club to take on Dartmouth on February 2nd.
