Butler Women Set to Compete in the Swags Louisville Cross Country Classic

The Butler Women will return to competition this Saturday in Louisville, at the Louisville Cross Country Classic.

The Dawgs will compete in the Women's Gold Invite (5k). The race will begin at 9:45am ET. Live stats for the meet can be found here.

Butler has finished 2nd as a team in both races they have competed in so far this season. On Sept. 20 in Fort Wayne at the Rumble in the Fort meet, Hannah Moore was the runner-up with a time of 21:19.3 in the 6K. Kylie Cline and Mckenna Mazeski also placed within the top 10 in that race.

This Saturday in Louisville, those three will race alongside Camille El Baghlouli, Carys Glyn-Jones, Cameron Kirtley, Ella Olthof, Alejandra Sierazy, and Lila Volkers.

In the Women's Gold Invite, Butler will compete against host Louisville, No. 13 West Virginia, Clemson, Richmond and Dayton. The race will include numerous other teams as well.
