A small contingent of the Butler roster made the short drive to Bloomington for Friday's Indiana University Early Bird Meet.
 
Joseph Pierro won the 200 meters in a time of 21.73.
 
Other podium finishes for the Bulldogs included Ryan Elston (1:19.78) and Aedan Rendek (1:21.12) going 2-4 in the 600 meters while Owen Whitney's time of 4:12.53 was good for third in the mile.
 
Friday in Bloomington closed out the 2025 portion of the Bulldogs' track and field schedule. The team returns to action after the new year at the Illini Open Jan. 10 in Champaign, Ill.
