On Saturday afternoon the Butler Men's Tennis team won their second match in as many days. The Dawgs defeated Le Moyne College by a score of 4-0. The match was played in the "To Clinch" format. Butler's record on the season is now 8-7.

Butler was able to earn the doubles point for the match via wins on courts 2 and 3. The duo of Riccardo Baldi and Arnesh Singh snagged a 6-1 win over Callum Mathew and Luke Hoyland on court 2. On court 3 the tandem of Patrick Joss and Nicholas Shirley grabbed a 6-3 win over Jacob Maravillas and Bernardo Teixeira. Those wins clinched the doubles point for the Dawgs. 

As for singles, it was all Dawgs. On court 2 Riccardo Baldi earned a 6-1, 6-3 win over Adrian Daniel. On court 3 Nicolas Arts knocked off Luke Hoyland in straight sets by a score of 6-2, 6-4. Moving to court 6, Aidan William was able to stay hot, winning his third match in a row. William cruised by Xavier Branagan winning by a score of 6-1, 6-1. 

Due to the "To Clinch" format the matches on courts 1, 4, and 5 were halted. Patrick Joss, Rahulniket Konakanchi, and Nicholas Shirley all were up a set when play was called due to the results of the other matches. 

The Dawgs will look to make it three wins in a row this Friday March 21st. Butler will welcome the Saint Louis Billikens into the Indianapolis Racquet Club. The Match is set to begin at 4pm.
