Butler finished fifth at the 2025 BIG EAST Women's Golf Championship presented by JEEP. The 54-hole event concluded Monday.
 
Butler shot 310 (+22) in Monday's final round, which put the Bulldogs at 933 (+69) over the three days. Butler opened the tournament with rounds of 307 and 316. The Bulldogs were only three shots out of third on a leaderboard that was very congested in the middle.
 
Xavier captured the team title and the BIG EAST's berth in the upcoming NCAA Tournament with a 12-over total of 876; the Musketeers shot a team round of four-under 284 Monday in the final round. Xavier's Emma Welch won the individual BIG EAST title at even-par 216. Her Monday round of four-under 68 allowed her to capture medalist honors.
 
Katie Steinman and Treva Dodd led the way for the Bulldogs, tying for 11^th at 230 (+14). Dodd shot a four-over 76 Monday on the 6,195-yard Riverton Pointe course in Hardeeville, S.C.; her round featured three birdies. Steinman's final-round 77 included four birdies.
 
The BIG EAST Championship is the final event of the 2024-25 season for the Bulldogs.
