On Saturday afternoon the Butler Women's Tennis team picked up a 4-3 win over Seton Hall. With the win the Dawgs record on the season now sits at 6-11 and 3-2 in conference.

The Dawgs started fast by snagging the doubles point thanks to wins on all 3 courts. The duos of Chase Metcalf and Brooke Arington, Norah Balthazor and Lauren Cook, and Emma Beavin and Jordan Childcrout all won their matches.

As for singles play, on court 1 Chase Metcalf took down Paige Wise 6-1, 6-2. On court 6 Emma Beavin knocked off Ellie Coe 6-3, 7-5. 

Over on court 2 Norah Balthazor defeated Anastasia Sereda in a hard fought 3 set match 2-6, 6-4, 6-1. The win by Balthazor clinched the match for the Dawgs. 

Butler is back in action tomorrow morning. They will take on Xavier at the Racquet Club. The match will start at 10am.
