On Saturday afternoon Xavier took down Butler by a score of 7-0. This moves the Dawgs record to 6-12 on the season and 3-3 in conference play. 

Xavier earned the doubles point for the match with wins on courts 1 and 3. On court 2, Norah Balthazor and Lauren Cook had a 5-4 lead when play was stopped due to the results of the other two matches. 

As for singles play, Xavier was able to win every match. 

The Dawgs will be back in action next weekend. They will take on Marquette on Saturday and Dayton on Sunday to wrap up regular season play.
