The Butler women return to competition Saturday, joining the field in Fort Wayne for the 2025 Rumble In The Fort.

The women's 6k race will begin at 10 a.m. on the Mastodon Cross Country Course.

The Butler women opened their season Sept. 5 at the Mike Baumer Cross Country Classic in Fairborn, Ohio. Three Bulldogs posted Top 10 finishes navigating the 5K course.Â
Kylie Cline was sixth in a time of 17:56.6, followed closely by teammatesÂ
Mckenna Mazeski (seventh) andÂ
Elsa Rusthoven (tenth).

Those three will be joined in Fort Wayne by a full complement of Bulldogs in
Hannah Moore,
Alejandra Sierazy,
Lila Volkers,
Camille El Baghlouli,
Carys Glyn-Jones,
Ella Olthof, and
Cameron Kirtley. It will be the 2025 season debut for Moore, who did not run in the season-opener in Ohio.

Saturday's field included Butler, host Purdue Fort Wayne, IU Indianapolis, Wright State, Milwaukee, Green Bay, Trine, and Manchester.

A men's 8k race is set for 10:45 a.m. but the Butler men are not competing this weekend.
