The Butler women's tennis team concluded the fall portion of the 2026-27 season, taking part in the Middle Tennessee State Invitational.

Butler's doubles team of Sophie Parr and Elle Martin posted a 2-1 record over the weekend, leading the Butler contingent. Parr and Martin's wins came over teams from Western Kentucky and Chattanooga. Six of Butler's nine singles players also posted wins over the course of the three-day event.

Butler was joined in Murfreesboro, Tenn., for the event by the host Blue Raiders (coached by Butler alum Tayo Bailey-Duvall), Chattanooga, Cincinnati, East Tennessee State, Lipscomb, Miami (Ohio), Tennessee State, UNC-Asheville, and Western Kentucky.

The Bulldogs will begin the spring dual match schedule in January with the 2027 slate being announced soon.
