Butler closed out the Low Country Intercollegiate with a fifth-place finish.
Treva Dodd led the Bulldogs, finishing third individually.

Dodd's three-round total of 223 (+7) including a final-round three-over 75. UNC Asheville's Caroline Patterson won the event at one-over 217.

Butler posted its best round of the tournament on the final day with a 308 (+20), completing the 54-hole event at 930 (+66). Patterson led UNC Asheville to the team title.

Sophie McGinnis finished tied for 20th place individually after carding a 76 (+4) in the final round. McGinnis ended the tournament with a three-round total of 231 (15-over).

McGinnis and Dodd also led Butler in birdies, each recording eight. The Bulldogs totaled 24 birdies as a team, the second-most in the tournament.

Butler will return to action on March 30 at the Colonel Classic in Richmond, Ky.
