Neeranuch Prajunpanich of Youngstown State held her 36-hole lead and captured medalist honors by one stroke over Eastern Kentucky's Claira Ramsey Eden. Prajunpanich shot five-over 221 for the 54-hole event at the University Club at Arlington in Richmond, Ky.
