The Butler women's tennis team traveled to Cincinnati, Ohio to face the Xavier Musketeers. Xavier won the match 7-0.  

On court 1, Chase Metcalf took her match to a third-set tiebreak against Abby Nugent. On court 5, Lauren Cook also extended her match to a tiebreaker against Xavier's Natalie Smitek.  

Butler will now prepare for the BIG EAST Tournament which is set for April 16-19 in Cayce, South Carolina.
