NEW YORK - Butler senior
Cybil Stillson was named the BIG EAST Co-Golfer of the Week as announced by the league office in New York on Thursday. The honor comes after Butler won the Lady Jaguar Invitation with a team score of 309 on Saturday.
Stillson tied for first place in a weather-shortened 2026 Lady Jaguar Invitational. The senior carded a score of 76 (+4) at the event held at the Trophy Club Golf Course in Lebanon, Ind. The tournament, originally slated for 36-holes, was shortened to a single 18-hole round. She helped pace the Bulldogs to the team title with her 76 and it was her fourth top-15 finish of the 2025-26 season.
In addition to Stillson tying for first,
Addi Kooi tied for third (77), while
Sophie McGinnis and
Samantha Von Rohr tied for fifth (78).
Butler will return to action this weekend as the Bulldogs are set to compete in the 2026 BIG EAST Championships Presented by Jeep at Callawassie Island in Okatie, S.C. Play is scheduled to begin Saturday, April 25, at 8 a.m. ET.
