Sage Miskel, a class of 2026 5-6 point guard from Whitefish Bay, Wis., has signed with the Butler women's basketball program. Miskel Played at Whitefish Bay High School under Head Coach Jon Schneider.

Miskel helped lead the Blue Dukes to a 2026 WIAA Division II state championship, the first in the school's history. She was a four-year letter winner and boasts a high school career record of 83-24. During the 2025-26 season, Miskel averaged 17.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.4 steals and 2.4 assists per game.

"We are excited to welcome Sage to the Butler family," said head coach Maria Marchesano. "She has a winning pedigree, a super high motor and is coming off a state championship her senior year of high school."

The Wisconsin native was named a 2026 WBCA First Team All-State selection and the 2026 Co-Conference Player of the Year. She was a four-time All-Conference selection and was a two-year captain of Whitefish Bay.

Over the course of her career, Miskel scored 1,356 points, a mark that is second in school history. She is one of five players in school history with over 1,000 career points and over 500 career rebounds.
​
Miskel also played golf in high school and was a four-year principal advisory committee member. She plans on studying Sports Media and Actuarial Science at Butler.
