The Bulldogs held steady in fourth place as Sunday's second round of the 2026 BIG EAST Women's Golf Championship at the Callawassie Island Club featured bouts of wind and rain.
 
Butler's team score improved by 12 strokes compared to Saturday's opening 18 as the Bulldogs shot an eight-over 296 Sunday.
 
Treva Dodd continues to pace the Bulldogs as she is currently tied for sixth at four-over 148. She shot a 73 (+1) Sunday, a round that included four birdies. Senior Kelli Scheck is also among the Top 10 after matching Dodd's 73 Sunday. Scheck is tied for eighth at 149 (+5).

Xavier improved on its team score and overall lead in the standings through 36 holes of play.  The Musketeers registered a second round score of 285 - three-under par as a team - extending their lead to four strokes heading into Monday's final round with a total tally of 586 (301-285).

Both Georgetown (590) and St. John's (591) played under par as a team on Sunday, with each team registering a 1-under par 287 on the day. Butler (308-296=604) sits in fourth place, followed by Seton Hall (317-298=615) in fifth, Creighton (318-303=621) in sixth, and Providence (342-328=670) in seventh.

There is a three-way tie atop the individual standings, as Madison Reemsnyder of Xavier, Marta Aguilar of Seton Hall, and Kelly Wu of St. John's are all at 2-under par, with a two-round total of 142.  Georgetown's Georgia Ruffalo sits one shot back of the trio, with a 1-under par total of 143.  

Monday's final round will be a double tee start, beginning at 8 a.m. ET off the 1st tee and 8:20 a.m. off the 10th.  GKLive.TV will provide online coverage of the Tournament. There are no subscription fees to watch the event.
