Butler's Elise Latham and Patricia Lynn earned All-BIG EAST Second Team for the 2026 women's lacrosse season. The selections, made by the BIG EAST coaches, were announced by the conference on Wednesday, April 29. 
 
Latham, a senior attacker from Indianapolis, Ind. is receiving this honor for the first time. Latham was awarded a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll twice this season. Latham became second all-time in career goals. She finishes her Butler career with 81 career goals and 94 career points. Latham led the team with 38 goals and recorded 40 points this season.
 
Lynn, a senior defender from Houston, Texas is receiving this honor for the first time. Lynn finished her career as second all-time in draw controls. She finishes her career with 118 draw controls, 68 ground balls, and 51 caused turnovers. She led the team with 24 caused turnovers this season. 
 
Latham and Lynn are the fourth and fifth players to be named to the All-BIG East Second Team. The Bulldogs finished the season with three wins over Detroit Mercy, Duquesne, and Gardner-Webb under Head Coach Maggie Zentgraf.
