Bulldogs Finish Regular Season at the Billy Hayes Invitational

The Butler track and field team concluded action in the Billy Hayes Invitational in Bloomington, Ind. on Friday night.

On the women's side, Alejandra Sierazy earned fourth-place in the women's 3000-meter event with a time of 10:31.95. 

Two Bulldogs earned top-10 finishes in the women's 1500-meter event. Ella Olthof finished eighth with a time of 4:40.85. Lila Volkers earned 10th with a time of 4:42.17. 

In the women's 800-meter, Cameron Kirtley earned seventh with a time of 2:17.17. In the women's 800-meter invite race Carys Glyn-Jones earned 11th with a time of 2:09.27. 

Lauren Doerr earned seventh-place in the women's 100-meter sprint with a time of 12.37 seconds. Allie Minier also earned a seventh-place finish in the women's 400-meter hurdle race with a time of 1:03.80.

On the men's side, Joe Pierro earned third-place in the men's 200-meter event with a time of 21.20 seconds. Aedan Rendek finished in fourth-place in the men's 800-meter event with a time of 1:52.20. Ryan Elston finished eighth-place in the men's 800-meter invite race with a time of 1:49.30.

Four Bulldogs earned top-15 finishes in the men's 1500-meter event. Connor Latouf led the Dawgs and earned fifth with a time of 3:51.50. Graham Tamori finished right behind with a time of 3:51.59. Asher Propst earned 14th with a time of 3:55.22. Charlie Jones finished right behind with a time of 3:57.21. 

In the men's 1500-meter invite race, two Bulldogs earned top-10 finishes. Seth Mahony earned sixth with a time of 3:46.28. David Slapak earned 10th with a time of 3:48.21. 
Other Top Bulldog Performers Included:
  • Katelyn Miller earned 12th-place in the women's 200-meter event with a time of 27.24 seconds. 
  • Erica Proctor earned ninth-place in the women's long jump event with a length of 5.03 meters. 
  • Camille El Baghlouli earned 11th in the women's 1500-meter invite race with a time of 4:35.50.
