Three Butler women's golf student-athletes – Cybil Stillson, Kelli Scheck and Sophie McGinnis - have been recognized by College Sports Communicators as Academic All-District. 
 
The 2026 Academic All-District Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom.
 
Stillson graduated in May with a degree in Sports Media. The Nappanee, Ind., native finished third on the Bulldogs in scoring average (77.52) and earned co-medalist honors at the 2026 Lady Jaguar Invitational.
 
Scheck had a scoring average of 78.32 during the 2025-26 campaign. Her fifth-place finish at the Bradley Coyote Creek Classic was her best result of the season. The Ooltewah, Tenn., native graduated in May with a degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership.
 
McGinnis, from Westfield, Ind., capped her redshirt junior season with a scoring average of 78.00. Her best finish was a tie for fifth at the Lady Jaguar Invitational. McGinnis is majoring in International Business.
