Natalie Boesing, who earned All-BIG EAST accolades three times during her Butler career, has been hired to lead the Bulldog women's tennis program.
 
"We are excited to welcome Natalie back home to Butler to lead our women's tennis program," said Butler Vice President and Director of Athletics Grant Leiendecker. "Not only is she one of the most accomplished student-athletes in program history, her experience since graduation has been focused extensively on coaching and mentoring. Her leadership, competitiveness and ability to build genuine relationships will serve Butler, our program and our student-athletes extremely well."
 
Boesing most recently worked as a sports performance coach at the University of Louisville. She spent two years working with the Arizona State sports performance team while earning a masters degree in strength and conditioning. At Arizona State, Boesing worked with many of the Sun Devils' programs, including as the lead sports performance coach for the women's triathlon and gymnastics teams. She also assisted in performance training for ASU's women's and men's tennis, women's and men's basketball, among other programs.
 
Throughout her time as a student-athlete at Butler and in the years after, Boesing has also instructed both youth and adult tennis players in the private sector.

I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to lead the Butler Women's Tennis program and represent Butler University with pride. Boesing graduated from Butler in 2024 with a degree in International Business and Spanish, earning Dean's List honors during her academic career. She was the No. 1 player in Butler's line-up in each of her four seasons, collecting All-BIG EAST honors in 2021, 2022 and 2023. She finished the 2023 campaign ranked No. 20 in the ITA Ohio Valley regional rankings.
