Five Bulldogs posted 2-1 marks in singles play over the weekend as Butler was part of the field at the Vredevelt Invitational hosted by Western Michigan.
 
Nicholas Balthazor, Ronin Kasday, Nicholas Shirley, and freshmen Shane Hand and Wes Worobel each went 2-1, highlighting the Bulldog performance.  
 
The Bulldogs were joined in the field by the host Broncos, BIG EAST rivals DePaul and Marquette, as well as Ball State and Gonzaga.
