Addi Kooi's medalist and program-record performance helped lead the Bulldogs to team and individual titles at the NKU Fall Invitational. Butler claimed the team title by 22 strokes over IU Indy.

Kooi finished the tournament with her first individual collegiate win and broke the program's 54-hole record relative to par, firing off a 208 (-5) across her three rounds. Kooi recorded 10 birdies over the weekend and finished her final round with 16 pars, one bogey and one birdie for an even-par 71.

Butler's previous 54-hole program record relative to par was three-under 213, which was held by current Bulldog Treva Dodd (twice) and Abigail Gleixner in 2016. 

Kooi took the tournament lead in the second round and maintained a steady advantage over the field Tuesday, finishing eight shots clear of IU Indy's Li (Sherry) Xia and Camille Rosier of UIC. 

Freshman Rachel Johnson finished fourth individually, earning the first top-five finish of her collegiate career. Her final round was an even-par 71, giving her a tournament total of 217 (+4).

Individually, Samantha Von Rohr placed tenth, carding a 72 (+1) in the final round to finish the tournament. Von Rohr also recorded nine birdies throughout the event.

Dodd finished the final round with a 74 (+3), the third-lowest score of the day for the Bulldogs, to place 20th overall. Brooklynn Bohnert finished just behind her, carding a 76 (+5) and placing 22nd overall.

Monday's second round was ended prematurely due to darkness but the Bulldogs held a 12-shot advantage once the second round was completed early Tuesday morning. The Bulldogs finished at 874 (+22) with rounds of 296, a two-over 286 (which was the best team round of the event), and a 292 Tuesday. IU Indy was second at 896, followed by UIC at 904. There were 11 teams in the field.
