2014 - Senior Season: Appeared in eight games, making four starts... Finished the season with an 0-2 record that included an 8.06 earned run average... Tossed 22.1 innings, striking out 22 batters... Walked 15 batters and allowed nine extra-base hits... Made all four starts early in the season, beginning with a four inning outing vs. Illinois State (Feb. 16)... Took the loss at Wofford in his second start of the year despite striking out a season-high six batters (Feb. 22)... Longest outing of the season came vs. Purdue in a five-inning effort (March 1)... Final start of the year came at home vs. IPFW (March 8)... Made his first bullpen appearance in BIG EAST action vs. Xavier (April 19)... 2013 - Junior Season: One of the top pitchers for Butler in the weekend rotation... Ended the year with a 7-4 record in 13 starts... Made 14 total appearances, finishing the season with a 4.80 ERA... Second on the team in innings pitched (69.1)... Threw one complete game... Second on the team with 52 strikeouts... Started the year 5-0 on the mound... Picked up his first win of the season at Georgia State in just 1.2 innings of action (Feb. 17)... Made his first start of the year at Appalachian State in game two of a doubleheader (Feb. 23)... Tossed six innings and allowed four runs to earn his second victory... Third win of the year came at Lipscomb after a five inning performance (March 2)... Struck out a season-high eight batters vs. IPFW, tossing seven innings, giving up two hits and only allowing one run (March 9)... Threw his complete game vs. Eastern Michigan, slowing the Eagles down to just four hits and two runs (March 16)... Fifth win of the year came at VCU (March 23)... Struck out seven batters at St. Bonaventure (March 30)... Improved to 6-2 on the year with a win at Dayton (April 13)... Final win of the season came vs. Wabash (April 23)... Ended the year on a high-note by throwing seven innings vs. Xavier, limiting the Musketeers to just two runs while striking out six batters.
2012 - Sophomore Season: Started season in rotation, ended up making 11 relief appearances and four starts...worked 31.2 innings, striking out 25 against 11 walks...had 1-2 reocrd...pitched 5.0 innings and struck out six in loss at UT-Martin (Feb. 25)...struck out five over 4.0 innings for no decision against IPFW (March 11)...threw a shutout inning vs. Cincinnati (March 20)...credited with win against Wabash (April 3)...pitched 2.0 perfect frames vs. Ball State (April 10)...pitched a perfect inning against Xavier (April 18)...pitched 3.1 innings against Milwaukee (May 12).
2011 - Freshman Season: Emerged as the team's midweek starter, making eight starts among his 12 pitching appearances...finished with 2-3 record and 32.0 innings pitched...started and earned the win vs. Taylor (March 8)...pitched 5.0 innings, struck out three and earned the win vs. Wabash (March 30)...allowed just two hits over 6.0 innings in relief outing vs. UIC (April 23)...struck out a season-high five over 2.0 innings of relief at IPFW (May 10)...also made starts against Purdue (April 6) and Cincinnati (May 17).
2010 - Redshirt Season: Started two games before suffering an injury...pitched 7.1 innings and earned an 0-1 record...started at Wofford (Feb. 27) and vs. Fairfield (March 9).
High School: 2009 Indiana Baseball Coaches Association Player of the Year...named Indianapolis Star All-North Player of the Year...earned all-state and all-conference honors...led Westfield to Class 4A final...went 10-2 with a 1.79 ERA and 101 strikeouts as a senior...tied Westfield's single-season record with 10 wins...tied school record by throwing two no-hitters...team went 16-14 and won the sectional during his junior year...played one season of varsity basketball...high school coach: Ryan Bunnell.
