2014-15 Junior Season: Played in 29 games, making seven starts for Butler... Averaged 16.1 minutes of playing time.... Scored seven points and collected six rebounds in her BU debut... Posted her lone double-double of the season with 13 points and 13 rebounds in the home opener vs. Indiana State (11/16/14)... Shot 36 percent from the field (54-149) and 58 percent from the free throw line (46-79)... Scored 11 points and pulled down six rebounds vs. nationally-ranked Oregon State (11/27/14)... Posted 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting at Illinois State (12/22/14)... Averaged 3.9 rebounds per game... Before Butler: Attended Wabash Valley College in Mount Carmel, Illinois... Standout player that was a NJCAA honorable mention All-American as a freshman, and improved her status during her sophomore campaign to earn Third-Team NJCAA All-America Team accolades... Immediately impacted the program at Wabash Valley playing in 27 of 29 games during her freshman season, making 26 starts... Averaged 11.1 points and 7.8 rebounds per game, but upped her output during her sophomore season where she led the team in points and rebounds scoring 17.7 points per game while shooting 55.5 percent from the field, and pulling down 9.4 rebounds per contest.
High School: An East Chicago Central graduate, Moore was a four-year starter while playing for head coach Eric Kundich... Guided the team to an 18-7 overall record during her senior season while averaging 20 points, 11.7 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game... Played an important role for East Chicago Central as the Cardinals won their first sectional title since the 2006 season with her in the starting five... Walked away with 25 points and 19 rebounds in the sectional matchup which pushed her team through to the regional finals during her senior campaign... Recognized by her peers following that season as she picked up First Team All-Area honors.... Left East Chicago Central as a member of the 1,000 point club... Two-year team captain... 2009 Rookie of the Year... 2012 Team MVP... Eclipsed 20 points on multiple occasions during the 2012 season by notching 25 vs. Gary Westside and Hanover Central... Posted 24 points vs. Roosevelt, 23 points vs. South Bend St. Joseph and 21 points vs. South Bend Clay... Career-high rebounding total of 19 came vs. Lake Central during her senior season... Pulled down 16 rebounds vs. Gary Westside.
Personal: Daughter of Latusha Herring (deceased) and Anthony Moore... Moore will be majoring in Science and Art while attending Butler.
Moore on choosing Butler - "I chose Butler University because I loved Coach G [Godlevske]" Moore stated. "He made me feel like I was at home. I also wanted to be close to my family. Not only can I play basketball, but I can also get a good education here. With the help of my family and coaches, I just felt like Butler was the best fit for me."
