2019 Cross Country: 2019 All-American, finishing 15th with a time of 31:04.9 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships... Hand selected to compete at the U23 European Championships, finishing 56th overall with a time of 26:21... Finished second at the Great Lakes Regional (30:05.5) to earn USTFCCCA All-Region honors... 2019 BIG EAST Champion with a time of 25:03.9, defeating the rest of the field by 30 seconds... Lead Butler to a third-place team finish at the 2019 BIG EAST Championships... Finished 26th at NCAA Pre-Nationals with a time of 24:04.9... BIG EAST Athlete of the Week (10/2219)... Clocked a 24:18.0 in his 2019 debut at the Panorama Farms Invite, taking eighth overall. 

2018 Cross Country: Named 2018 All-Academic Individual by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for the 2018 cross country season... Finished 109^th at the DIvision I Cross Country Championships with a mark of 30:42.4... Ran a 31:25.3 at the Great Lakes Regional to finish 13^th , earning All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA... Posted a fifth-place finish at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 24:29.4, earning conference honors... Ran a 24:09.4, his career best 8K, at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite to take 66^th in the field.

2017 Cross Country: He came in 19^th place after completing the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships in 25:23.3… He posted a 25:01.5 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational which placed him in 87^th… He won his first race of the season after running the Commodore Classic in 24:39.8... Named BIG EAST Athlete of the Week for the week of September 19^th after that first-place finish. 

2016 Cross Country: Named 2016 All-Academic Individual by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for the 2016 cross country season…finished ninth (30:29.7) at the Great Lakes Regional, earning All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA…led the Bulldogs with a third-place finish at the BIG EAST Championships (24:32.90)…finished the 8k course at the Pre-National Invitational in a time of 25:06.7, good for 74^th overall…led the Bulldogs with a fifth-place finish at Vanderbilt’s Commodore Classic (24:42.1)…finished fourth (18:36) at the Butler Opener.
