2019-20 (Senior Season):
Went 7-10 in singles play over the year, including a 5-6 record in the spring... Was one of three Bulldogs with five or more singles wins before the season was suspended due to Covid-19... Saw the most action at the No. 4 spot... Also picked up wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots. 

2018-19 (Junior Season): Finished with a 19-12 over the fall and spring seasons…saw most action at the No. 3 spot, going 5-5…went 3-0 at the No. 5 singles position…also saw time at No. 1, No. 2, and No. 4 spots…contributed to team wins over Milwaukee, Valparaiso and Providence…went 3-6 overall with her doubles partner Lauryn Padgett…picked up singles victories against Georgetown and Queens College…picked up a pair of victories at the ITA Regionals in the Fall...ITA Scholar-Athlete.

2017-18 (Sophomore Season): Finished with a 15-16 singles record over the fall and spring seasons.. she saw time in the No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5 spot... contributed to team wins over Gustavus Adolphus, Providence, Indiana Wesleyan, and a No. 2 win against Southern Indiana... went 1-0 in No. 3 doubles with partner Callie Schmit, posting a win against Southern Indiana... posted a 2-0 doubles record in the fall.

2016-17 (Freshman Season): Posted a singles record of 9-5 over the fall and spring seasons...much of her singles play came at the No. 6 singles spot, where she had a record of 7-2 during the spring match play season...contributed to team wins over Indiana Wesleyan, Missouri State, Omaha, and Providence, recording singles wins in each of those...went 0-1 in doubles action during the fall.

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Four-time state qualifier that played No. 1 singles and served as a team captain on her high school team. The East Suburban Catholic Conference Tournament Champion was named Player of the Year in 2015 and has also been listed on the "Prince Hot 100". She placed in the Top 16 at the Illinois State Tournament. Bertino earned Most Valuable Student-Athlete honors from the East Suburban Catholic Conference by holding a 3.87 cumulative grade-point average. She also placed in the top five percent of her class and earned National Honors Society accolades.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Paul and Jennifer...has three siblings, Jessie, Dominic and Mia.
