2017 Cross Country Season: Carey placed 149
th in the field after posting a 34:16.6 10K run in the NCAA Division 1 Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships… Ran a 26:22.0 8K which led him to 49
th place in the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships… In the Illini Open he finished 10
th after run the 8.125K race in 26:32.7… Ran the 5-mile Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in 26:13.8 earning himself 13
th place… He did not race in the Commodore Classic… In his first race of the season he ran a 26:16.92 8K in the John McNichols Invitational.
2016 Cross Country: Placed 53
rd at the BIG EAST Championships…his time of 26:22.3 was good for 13
th at the Illini Open…placed 137
th at Vanderbilt’s Commodore Classic…15
th overall at the Butler Opener (19:31.4).
