PRIOR TO BUTLER: Middle distance standout who ran for two years in high school...all-conference and all-area performer...state qualifier in the 4x800 and 800 meters...conference champion in the 800m and 4x800...sectional champion in the 4x800 and 4x400...ran for the Baron Track Club...National Honors Society academically.
