2017 – Junior Season: Appeared in all 51 games, making 48 starts… Held a .294 batting average, the third-highest on the team… Came up with 50 hits including 13 doubles, a team-high three triples and five home runs… Finished second on the team with 33 RBI… Scored 32 runs… Posted the second-highest slugging percentage on the team (.494)… Walked 18 times… Led the team in hit by pitch (9)… Held a .381 on-base percentage… Stole four bases… Went 2-for-3 in his first start with a double, three RBI and a run scored (Feb. 18)… First home run of the year was recorded at Alcorn State (Feb. 25)… Added three runs scored against the Braves… Hit an RBI triple at Alcorn State the next game (Feb. 25)… Opened up the Saint Louis series going 2-for-3 with two doubles, one RBI and one run scored (March 17)… Recorded a season-high four RBIs at Ball State (March 28)… Cleared the bases with a triple and added a sacrifice fly… Impacted the game at Chicago State with three hits, a double, a RBI, a run scored and two stolen bases (April 1)… Hit a two-RBI triple at Seton Hall (April 7)… Went 2-for-4 vs. Eastern Illinois with a home run, a double and two runs scored (April 18)… Rounded the bases at Xavier with a home run in part of a 3-for-4 day at the plate with three RBI and three runs scored (April 22)… Recorded three hits at Miami while walking twice and stealing a bag (May 3)… Hit a home run at Purdue to help BU defeat the Boilermakers (May 10)… Finished the year with a two-run home run vs. Creighton (May 19).
2016 - Sophomore Season: Played in 48 games, making 46 starts... BU home run leader with three long balls on the season... Hit .244 by collecting 43 hits in 176 at-bats... Added 10 doubles and a triple to his stat line to raise his slugging percentage to .364... Walked 13 times to post a .308 on-base percentage... Scored 24 runs...Ended the year with 18 RBI...Stole two bases... Didn't commit a single error in the field while recording 100 put-outs and one assist... Had a breakout performance vs. Northwestern going 4-for-5 from the plate with a double, a triple, two RBI and two runs scored (March 5)... Hit his first home run of the year at Indiana State (April 1)... Went 2-for-3 vs. Xavier with an inside the park home run, two RBI and a run scored (April 29)... Hit a homer at St. John's to register two RBI and a run scored (May 7)... Went 2-for-5 vs. Mercer with two doubles, an RBI and a run scored (May 14)... Hit two more doubles vs. Ball State (May 17)... Ended the year with a 2-for-5 day vs. Seton Hall that incldued a double, two RBI and a run scored (May 20).
2015 - Freshman Season: Saw action in 21 games, making 10 starts... Picked up three hits on the year... Scored six runs... Recorded a triple and three RBIs... Walked 11 times to raise his on-base percentage to .298... Stole four bases... Made 27 putouts in the field with one assist to post a 1.000 fielding percentage... Recorded all three of his RBIs at ETSU as part of a 2-for-4 day from the plate (Feb. 28)... Lone triple of the season came vs. Bucknell (March 13)... Stole his first base at Pepperdine (Feb. 20)... Saw BIG EAST action during the final weekend of the regular season... Scored a run and stole a base vs. the Musketeers (May 15).
High School: Parker will join the program after a successful high school career at Maine South H.S. where he played for head coach Bill Milano... The Central Suburban All-Conference selection was a two-year team captain that helped his team win a sectional and regional championship in 2013... Hit .330 as a junior with 27 runs scored and 14 stolen bases... Increased his production with a .421 batting average as a senior while adding five home runs, 23 RBIs, 35 runs scored and 16 stolen bases... Named team MVP after his senior season... IHSBCA All-State selection as a senior as well as an IHSBCA All-Area pick... Away from the dugout, Parker is an Illinois State scholar as well as a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Son of Dan and Katie Parker... Has a brother named Zach and a sister named Kylie... Majoring in exploratory communications.
