2021-22 (Redshirt-Senior Season): Selected Second Team All-Big East for third time in his career...Posted an 11-8 singles record in dual matches, spending most of the time at the No. 2 (6-4) and No. 3 (4-4) spots in the lineup...5-2 against Big East opponents, beating Creighton (3/8), Villanova (3/26), Xavier (4/8), DePaul (4/10) and Georgetown in the conference tournament quarterfinals (4/22)...Went 6-13 in doubles with most matches in the No. 2 position (4-3 when paired with Patrick Joss)...5-4 in singles and 5-4 in doubles during the fall season
2020-21 (Redshirt-Junior Season): Went 6-6 on the year, playing most of his matches at the No. 2 spot...produced 2 wins in the No. 1 flight...dropped only one conference match on the season...paired with Thomas Brennan in the No. 1 doubles slot for three wins...helped lead Butler to a 2-1 conference record and a 2021 BIG EAST Semifinal appearance, falling to ultimate champion DePaul...named Big East Player of the Week on March 24 after going undefeated across No. 1 singles and doubles matches vs. Chicago State and vs. IUPUI.
2019-20 (Junior Season): Did not appear in any spring matches... Posted a 7-3 record during fall competition.Â
2018-19 (Sophomore Season): Finished 15-11 overall in singles play...posted a 7-6 record during the fall and an 8-5 record in the spring… missed time in the spring season due to injury…posted wins at the No. 2, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 spots…picked up singles wins versus Iowa, Ball State and UIC…posted a 5-1 record in Big East singles play…clinched the victory for Butler at Villanova (3/29)…posted an 11-8 doubles record on the year…went 4-2 at the No. 1 doubles position with Mason Dragos…advanced to the ITA Regional semifinals with Adrian Mag in the fall.
2017-18 (Freshman Season): Big East Rookie of the Year and an All-Big East Second Team selection by the league's head coaches...playing in spots one through four over the course of the spring season, Dickson combined for 29 wins (15 singles, 14 doubles) during his freshman campaign...the rookie clinched a pair of 4-3 matches for the Bulldogs over Dayton and Ball State, battling through three sets in both matches...including fall competition, finished the season with a singles record of 25-12 and a doubles mark of 18-11...named Big East Player of the Week on Feb. 28 after posting wins against both Cleveland State and Purdue.
PRIOR TO BUTLER: Posted a record of 105-4 during his four-year high school career...won the state singles championship as both a junior and senior...four-time Ches Mont singles champion, three-time district singles champion (sophomore, junior, senior)...team won the Ches Mont outright championship his senior season...graduated Cum Laude.
