Butler University Athletics

AS A SENIOR (2023-24 SEASON): Played a total of 12 rounds over six events...had a scoring average of 75.75...participated in four fall events as an individual...went 1-2 at the BIG EAST Match Play event...tied for 43rd at the Don Benbow Butler Spring Invitational (144; +44), which included his best round of the season, a one-under 69. 

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23 SEASON): Played in one event for the Bulldogs, which was Butler's 2023 Don Benbow Spring Invitational at Highland...shots rounds of 74, 72, and 72 to post a 54-hole total of 218 (+8)...finished tied for 42 among a field of 88 players...his three rounds gave him a scoring average of 72.7. 

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22 SEASON): Saw action in two events for the Bulldogs, totaling five rounds...had a scoring average of 76.6...had two rounds of 75 (+5), which were his best scores of the season...tied for 55th at the Butler Spring Invitational (98 players) with a 36-hole total of 151 (+11).

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21 SEASON): Played in three events for the Bulldogs...posted a scoring average of 79.5 over a total of eight rounds...played two of the three rounds at the 2021 BIG EAST Championship with a teammate subbing in to play the second round...finished in a tie for 32nd at the Butler Spring Invitational (70 players) at 226 (+16)...tied for 78th at the Wright State Invitational (87 players).

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Finalist for the 2019 Tennessee Boys Golfer of the Year Award...2019 first-team All-State honoree...top performances include T4 at the TSSAA State Championship, T2 at the Tennessee State Open Qualifier, and Top 3 finishes at Masters Series events at Westhaven and Greystone, respectively...his high school team captured the 2019 state title, which was the first golf title in school history...team also placed fourth in the 2017 state tournament...team posted three district titles to go along with two regional titles and two regional runner-up finishes...team captain as a senior...four-year letterwinner...was his high school's Salutatorian.

PERSONAL: Son of Mat and Allyson...has two siblings, Sam and Cooper.
