2021 – Sophomore Season: Made eight appearances… Ended the year 0-1 on the mound with a 2.38 ERA… Struck out 11 batters over 11.1 innings of work… Walked seven batters… Allowed nine hits, resulting in four runs (3 ER)… Only allowed one extra base hit… Made his debut with an inning of work vs. Purdue Fort Wayne (3/12)… Threw a season-high three innings vs. Villanova while supplying the team with two strikeouts (4/25)… Struck out a season-high three batters in 2.1 innings vs. St. John’s… Threw a season-high 42 pitches vs. the Red Storm… Ended the year with two strikeouts and in one inning at Georgetown (5/20).

2020 – Freshman Season: Appeared in two games… Posted an 11.57 ERA… Struck out three batters over 2.1 innings of action… Only walked one batter… Allowed three earned runs on three hits… Made his season debut with three strikeouts vs. Saint Francis (3/3)... Tossed 1.1 innings vs. Saint Joseph’s (3/11).

High School: Three-year starter at Sunset High School in Portland, Oregon... Three-time all-conference selection... Went 5-0 on the mound as a sophomore with a 0.23 ERA over 31 innings pitched.

Personal: Son of Will and Janet Wright... Has a brother Todd, and a sister Kerry... Finance major.
