Biography
PRIOR TO BUTLER: Was part of the 4x400-relay team that set a Bishop Charard school record with a time of 3:54.16… As a sophomore, her 4x400-relay team took fifth at the state championships… Was a city champion in the pole vault and 4x400-relay… Recorded a 26.6 personal-best in the 200-meter dash… In the off-season, ran for club Storm Track and Field… Was a multi-sport athlete, competing in volleyball and cross country… Off the track, she was an Academic All-State Honorable Mention.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Michele and David Dessauer… Has three siblings, Eva, Lydia, and Eric.
