2021 – Sophomore Season: Played in 18 games, making 12 starts… Recorded 11 hits in 37 at-bats to post a .297 batting average… Scored eight runs… Hits two doubles and a home run… Ended the year with six RBIs and 16 total bases… Walked six times to move his on-base percentage to .395… Three extra base hits improved his slugging percentage to .432… Owned a .941 fielding percentage… Jumped into the starting lineup vs. Purdue Fort Wayne (3/14)… First hit came with an RBI at Evansville (3/20)… First double came as part of a 2-for-4 day with two RBI and two runs scored vs. Valpo (3/27)… Went 2-for-3 with three runs scored at Ball State (4/3)… Hit a solo home run at Xavier (4/18)… Got the start vs. Villanova and responded with two hits and a run scored (4/25)… Went 2-for-3 with an RBI vs. Northern Kentucky (5/2)… Hit a double vs. Creighton (5/8).
