2016 - Sophomore Season: Led the team with a .319 batting average... Went off during the second half of the season to go on a 20-game hitting streak, just four games shy of the all-time school record... Played in all 54 games, making 53 starts... Moved from second base defensively to shortstop on March 30... Posted 19 multi-hit games and two multi-RBI games... Lead-off hitter that posted 14 doubles and three triples which generated 16 RBI an 26 runs scored... Ended the season with 87 total bases... Led the team with a .414 sluggin percentage and was near the team lead with a .364 on-base percentage... Solid middle infielder who held a .940 fielding percentage... Made his season debut at second base in the season opener (Feb. 19)... First hit came in game two of the Samford series and his first multi-hit game followed in game three (Feb. 20)... Recorded a double in back-to-back games vs. Samford... First RBI of the season came at Charleston Southern (Feb. 27)... Got hot during the start of the spring break trip by recording seven hits over a four-game span vs. Northwestern, Indiana, Boston College and Central Michigan... Added an RBI in three of those four contests... Hit a triple at Saint Louis as part of a 2-for-5 game that included two RBI and a run scored (March 20)... Notched two doubles at Dayton (April 5)... Matched that effort with two extra base hits at Creighton (April 16)... Came up with an RBI triple vs. Miami Ohio (April 20)...
