2019 – Junior Season: Selected in the 3rd Round of the MLB Draft to the Los Angeles Dodgers… Became the highest draft pick in school history… Broke the career strikeout record at BU (306) and the single-season record (126)… Ranked third in the NCAA in strikeouts per nine innings (14.54)… Ranked 15th in the nation in total strikeouts (126)… Ranked second in the BIG EAST in hits allowed per nine innings (6.35)… Two-time BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week (4/2, 3/12)… Went 4-4 on the mound with a 3.92 ERA… Started in 14 games… Tossed one complete game… 126 strikeouts came over 78 full innings of action… Only walked 44 batters… Limited the opposition to a .203 batting average… Struck out 10+ batters in seven starts… Struck out a season-high 13 batters at Xavier (April 18)… Struck out nine batters in each of his first two starts of the season vs. Rider and Rutgers (Feb. 15, 22)… Struck out 11 batters over six frames vs. Central Michigan (March 2)… K’d 10 batters with no walks vs. Purdue Fort Wayne (March 9)… Got the win at Valpo with 11 strikeouts and zero walks vs. the Crusaders in seven innings (March 23)… Struck out 12 batters vs. Southern Illinois with just one walk (March 29)… Threw seven full innings vs. Creighton, striking out 10 (April 12)… Ended the year allowing just two hits over 6.2 innings at Georgetown (May 16)… Ended the game with 13 strikeouts, tying his season-best total.

2018 – Sophomore Season: 2018 Mideast All-Region Second Team selection… First Team All-BIG EAST selection… 6-0 record on the mound, ranking fourth in the conference in wins… Weekend starter with a .262 ERA, the fourth-best ERA in the BIG EAST and 76th-best in the NCAA… Ranked third in the BIG EAST and 45th in the NCAA in hits allowed per nine innings (6.54)… Team leader in strikeouts with 101… Ranked second in the BIG EAST and 66th in the NCAA with 101 strikeouts… One of just two BIG EAST pitchers to reach 100+ strikeouts… Led all BIG EAST arms in strikeouts per nine innings (12.01)… Led Butler and ranked seventh in the league with 75.2 innings pitched… Made 12 starts on the mound… Appeared in 15 total games… Came out of the bullpen for one save… Only walked 32 batters… 22 earned runs came off 55 hits… Posted the third-best opposing batting average in the conference at  .206… Went 3-0 vs. BIG EAST teams… Struck out 41 batters in league play… Held a 1.67 ERA in conference games… Struck out eight and earned the win in his first start of the season vs. Lehigh (Feb. 17)… Improved to 2-0 with a five-inning outing vs. St. Peter’s (March 4)… Struck out seven on his way to his third win of the season at Western Michigan (March 18)… Lone save came in one inning of action at home vs. Morehead State (April 11)… Struck out seven in his conference opener at Villanova (April 14)… Dominating performance at Illinois State with 10 strikeouts and just one walk over 6.1 innings (April 29)… Struck out nine vs. Xavier to improve to 4-0 on the year (May 5)… Struck out a season-high 12 batters at home vs. Georgetown (May 12)… Tossed eight full innings to earn the win… Limited the Hoyas to just three hits… Guided BU to victory at St. John’s with an eight-inning, 10-strikeout game in Queens, N.Y. (May 18)… Struck out 10 batters in the conference tournament win over Seton Hall (May 24)… Struck out 51 batters over his final five starts.

2017 Freshman Season: Led the team with 13 starts on the mound… Weekend arm that ended the season with a 4.39 ERA and a 4-4 overall record… Led BU with 79 strikeouts… Second on the team in innings pitched with 65.2… Limited the opposition to 32 earned runs… Walked 41 batters… Ranked third in the BIG EAST and 47th in the NCAA in strikeouts per nine innings (10.83)… Struck out nine batters in his season debut vs. Ohio to notch his first career win (Feb. 18)… Tosses six full innings of action at Bucknell, striking out eight and only allowing one earned run (March 4)… Second win of the year also came against Ohio in a 6.1 inning outing that included eight strikeouts (March 25)… Improved to 3-0 on the season with a seven-inning, two-hit performance at Chicago State (April 1)… Limited St. John’s to just three hits and one earned run (April 14)… Stuck out a season-high 11 batters vs. Villanova in an eight-inning outing (May 6)… Limited the Wildcats to just one earned run off five hits… Finished the year strong vs. Creighton with six strikeouts in six innings (May 18)… Limited CU to just two earned runs off three hits.
