Runner-up in the 10,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays with a mark of 28:25.29…Earned All-BIG EAST Honors in the 5k and 10k…Secured second in the 10k meters and third in the 5,000 meters…Qualified for the NCAA East First Round in the 5k and 10k…Placed 19th at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10,000 meters

2023 Cross Country: Finished 85th in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships (30:09.7)... Placed fourth and set a career best in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships (29:43.8)... Placed third in the 8.53k at the 2023 Big East Cross Country Championships (25:05.5)... Finished 47th in the 8k at the Nuttycombe Invite (24:06.6)... Placed ninth and set a career best in the 8k at the Virginia Invitational (23:35.9).  

Arrives at Butler with a personal-best time of 13:29.37 in the 5,000 meters, set in May of 2023.

AT CAL BAPTIST: Set a personal-best time of 29:00.81 in the 10,000 meters at the 2023 Stanford Invitational...placed 19th at the 2022 NCAA West Region Cross Country Championships (28:53.6)...finished fifth at the 2022 WAC Cross Country Championships...took WAC titles in both the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters at the 2022 Outdoor Track Championships...set a college-best time of 13:41.75 in the 5,000 meters at the Sound Running Track Meet in 2022, finishing fourth...won the 2021 WAC Cross Country title, covering the 8k course in a time of 23:18.5...placed second in both the 1,500 and the 5,000 at the 2021 WAC Outdoor Track Championships...finished fourth at the WAC Cross Country Championships in the spring of 2021.
