2024-25 Track:
Placed 38th with a mark of 30:16.80 in the 10K at the NCAA East First Round...finished fourth in 29:38.37 at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships...posted a season best of 28:36.07 in the 10K at the Raleigh Relays...crossed the line in fifth at 14:15.69 at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships...ran a mark of 13:49.23 in the 5K at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
2023-24 Track
Secured third in the 10K with a mark of 29:13.59 at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships...earned All-BIG EAST honors...also finished in eighth in the 5K with a time of 14:05.72...posted a mark of 29:27.66 in the 10K at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
2023 Cross Country: Finished 235th in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championship (33:06.9)... Finished 42nd in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships (25:46.7)... Placed 16th in the 8.53k at the 2023 Big East Cross Country Championships (25:46.7)... Finished 149th in the 8k at the Nuttycombe Invite (24:41.0)... Placed 107th in the 8k at the Virginia Invitational (24.28.7).
2022-23 Track:Â 2023 NCAA East First Round Qualifier in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters...finished fifth at the 2023 BIG EAST Outdoor Track Championships in the 10,000 meters (29:43.86)...placed fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (13:55.55)...placed ninth in the 5,000 meters at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships (14:09.44).
2022 Cross Country: Set new personal record at the Joe Piane Invitational (9/30)... Earned new lifetime best at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Championships (11/11), placing 25th… Placed 182nd in the NCAA Division I Championships (11/19)
2021-22 Track: Set personal bests in the 3000m at the Jim Green Invitational (1/15) and in the 5000m at the GVSU Big Meet (2/11)
2020 Indoor Track & Field (at Davidson): Took 12th in the 5,000-meter at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships with a time of 15:06.16... Also placed 20th in the 3,000-meter (8:48.30)... Posted a carer best 5,000-meter time of 14:41.81 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invite... Took first and posted a career best 3,000-meter time of 8:39.34 at the JDL January College Kick-Off.Â
2019 Cross Country (at Davidson): Ran a career best 8k time of 26:00.0 at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational.. Posted a season best 10k time of 34:53.8 at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional.
