Ran a mark of 8:41.05 at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Received All-BIG EAST Honors in the 4x800 relay and 3,000-meter steeplechase…Posted a mark of 8:53.56 to place second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase…ran the first leg of the 4x800 meters that placed third at 7:30.14…Qualified for the NCAA East First Round in the 3,000-meter steeplechase placing 13th at 8:46.98.
2023-2024 Indoor Track:Â
Claimed the top spot in the mile at the Butler Invitational at 4:13.08…Set a new personal best of 4:08.37 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston…Earned All-BIG EAST honors in two events including the 4x800 and DMR at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships…Ran the first legs of both relays and finished second in the 4x800 that set a record at 7:30.85…Finished third in the DMR at 9:47.47.
2023 Cross Country: Placed 28th in the 8.53k at the 2023 Big East Cross Country Championships (26:24.6)... Finished 186th in the 8k at the Nuttycombe Invite (24:55.8)... Set a career best in the 8k at the Virginia Invitational, placing 152nd (24:50.7).
Arrives at Butler with a personal-best of 8:47.16 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, set in July of 2023 at the Czech U23 Championships. His performance earned him a spot in the field at the 2023 European Athletics U23 Championships.Â
