Biography
2025 season (as a freshman): Played in 10 games and started in one…totaled six goals and an assist…netted two goals against Stetson (2/9) and Xavier (4/26)...10 of her 13 shots were on goal.
PRIOR TO BUTLER: Smyka was a three-year starter and letterwinner at Northwest High School, where her team qualified for the Sweet 16, reaching the third round of the playoffs for the first time in school history. The team captain scored 97 goals as a junior and added 76 goals her senior season. She picked up All-State and All-Conference honors and was selected her team's Best Midfielder and MVP after two seasons. She was the first player at Northwest to reach 100 career goals, and she holds school records for the most goals, draw controls, and ground balls in a single season. She tallied a career-best nine goals in a single game. The multi-sport athlete also earned three letters in basketball. Smyka played club for Lou Fusz, winning an ADRLN Western Shootout championship. She graduated from Northwest summa cum laude and was named Business Student of the Year.

PERSONAL: Daughter of TJ and Shannon...has two siblings, Ellie and Madeline.
