2013-14 - Sophomore Season: One of the top single players on the BU roster with a 14-12 overall record… Went 12-9 during dual play and 2-3 in a tournament setting… Won two of three vs. BIG EAST foes… Stretched all over the lineup, but played primarily at No. 4 singles… Went 9-7 at No. 4, 1-2 at No. 3, 1-0 at No. 5 and 1-0 at No. 2 singles… Finished 5-5 in his last 10 matches of the year… Recorded tournament victories over UIC and Xavier… First dual win came 6-3, 6-4 at No. 4 vs. Youngstown State… That win was the start of a five-match winning streak as Woods defeated student-athletes from Dayton, Valparaiso, Bradley and Indianapolis… Picked up two wins at No. 4 singles over Toledo and IUPUI… Moved up to No. 2 singles to defeat Alec Kaczkowski of DePauw… Recorded four-straight wins near the end of the year with single victories over IPFW, Xavier, Creighton and Marquette… Solid doubles player that ended the year with a 12-8 overall record… Went 12-6 in dual play and 0-2 in tournament action… 1-2 vs. BIG EAST foes… Posted a 1-1 record at No. 1 doubles, a 5-4 mark at No. 2 and an impressive 6-1 record at No. 3… Played with Sam O’Neill and Pulok Bhattacharya to go on a nine-match doubles win streak… Defeated teams from Youngstown State, Dayton, Valparaiso, Bradley, Indianapolis, ASA, Toledo, DePaul and DePauw during that stretch… Switched between No. 2 and No. 3 doubles during the winning streak after starting it with a win over YSU as the No. 1 team… Finished the year paired with Bhattacharya… Defeated Duquesne 8-3, IPFW 8-6 and Xavier 8-2.
2012-13 - Freshman Season: Ended the year with an overall singles record of 8-12... Did not compete for Butler during the Fall Season... Won his first singles match of the year vs. Northern Kentucky (1/27) 6-4, 6-2 at the No. 5 spot... Played primarily at the No. 5 spot going 4-6... Went a perfect 4-0 at No. 6 Singles and 0-5 at No. 4... Won four-straight single matches playing at No. 6... Final singles win of the year came vs. Saint Joseph's (4/25)... Played primarily beside Sam O'Neill in doubles action early in the season... Finished the year beside Pulok Bhattacharya... Earned six wins with O'Neill and two with Bhattacharya.
