2024-25 SEASON: Posted an 8-8 record at No. 3 singles during the spring portion of the schedule...also played matches at No. 1 and No. 2 singles...including the fall season, had an overall singles record of 14-16...paired with Rahul Konakanchi for an 11-7 record at No. 1 doubles during the spring season...including fall play, the duo had a record of 16-10 and was selected as the BIG EAST Men's Doubles Team of the Week April 1...named BIG EAST Men's Singles Player of the Week March 24.

2023-24 SEASON: Spent a majority of the spring season at the No. 2 and No. 3 singles positions...posted a mark of 5-6 at No. 2 singles...including the fall portion of the season, had a singles record of 14-18...played on all three doubles courts during the spring season, including teaming with Alvaro Huete for 10 matches at No. 1 doubles...overall, including the fall, had a doubles record of 9-17...earned All-Tournament Team honors as the Bulldogs opened the 2023-24 season at the Vredevelt Invitational hosted by Western Michigan.

2022-23 SEASON: Helped Butler to a runner-up finish at the 2023 BIG EAST Tournament...posted a spring singles record of 10-6, playing matches at No. 3 through No. 6...went 4-0 at the No. 5 singles spot...went 7-2 in his final nine singles matches of the season...registered a 6-1, 6-3 win over DePaul's Sven Moser in the BIG EAST Tournament...went 3-4 in singles play during the fall tournament season...combined with Borja Miralles to go 12-6 in doubles play, including 9-5 at the No. 2 position. 

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Played at Lakes Tennis Academy...Ranked Top 10 in Texas and Top 40 in the nation for boys 18 and under by USTA.com and TennisRecruiting.com...Received the 2022 Fighter Award at his academy...National Honor Society member and All A's award

PERSONAL: Son of Jurgen Arts and Ana Montis...has an older brother, Jorge.

Why Arts chose Butler: I chose Butler because it had an outstanding combination of academics and sports. It really made me feel like I was in a new family with all the guys on the team and the coaches while I visited. I was delighted with the amazing Lacy School of Business and all of the opportunities it's willing to offer me. Butler made me realize I needed to choose the school that is best for my future in sports as well as academics and this is what Butler showed mastery in.
