2024-25 Track
Ran the second leg of the 4x800-meter relay team that won the event in 7:26.59...earned All-BIG EAST honors...posted a mark of 14:35.27 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays...ran a season-best of 3:47.13 in the 1,500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
2024 Cross Country:
Ran a season best in the 8K in 23:50.6 at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invite…finished 11th at the BIG EAST Championships to earn All-BIG EAST Honors at 24:18.1…recorded the best mark of the season in the 10K at 30:07.0 in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional…posted a time of 31:11.8 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
2023-24 Track:
Placed third in the 800 meters at the Butler Invitational at 1:53.73…posted a mark of 4:03.27 in the mile at the Michigan Invitational…ran a time of 7:56.13 in the 3,000 meters at the Boston DMR Challenge Invitational…Anchored the last leg of the DMR that placed third in 9:47.47 at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships…also earned fourth in the 3,000 meters at the conference meet…Runner-up in the 1,500 meters at 3:41.47 during the Billy Hayes Invitational…Ran the last leg of the 4x800 meter relay team that finished third at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships…Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor East First Round meet in the 1,500 meters.
2023 Cross Country: Placed 193rd in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships (31:39.6)... Set a career best in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships, placing 38th (30:40.0)... Finished 23rd in the 8.53k at the 2023 Big East Cross Country Championships (26:09.7)... Placed 236th in the 8k at the Nuttycombe Invite (25:21.5)... Set a career best in the 8k at the Virginia Invitational, placing 139th (24:44.0).Â
