2024-25 Track:
Placed 16th in 10K at the NCAA Outdoor Track Championships…earned Second-Team All-American honors…finished 11th at the NCAA East First Round 29:10.03…won the individual title in the 10K at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track Championships with a mark of 28:28:46.14…received All-BIG EAST honors…posted a time of 13:47.31 to take 10th at the Bryan Clay Invitational…did not compete in the indoor season.

2024 Cross Country
Earned BIG EAST Men’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week after placing 10th in the 8K with a mark of 23:08.3 at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invite (10/4)…placed third in the BIG EAST Championships (11/1) at 23:45.5…Won the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (11/15) in thrilling fashion by just a tenth of a second in the 10K at 29:12.7…placed 17th at the NCAA Championships (11/23) in a time of 29:09.8.
2023-24 Track:
Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters at the Michigan Invitational…Ran of mark of 14:14.95 in the 5,000 meters to place fourth at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships…set a new personal best in the 3,000 meters at 8:02.55 at the indoor conference championships...redshirted the outdoor season

2023 Cross Country: Finished 161st in the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships (31:11.8)... Set a career best in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championship (29:44.1)... Placed fourth in the 8.53k at the 2023 Big East Cross Country Championship (25:09.6)... Finished 105th in the 8k at the Nuttycombe Invite (24:23.2)... Set a career best in the 8k at the Virginia Invitational, placing 45th (23:58.2).

2022-23 Track: Qualified for the 2023 NCAA East First Round in the 5,000 meters, finishing 19th in a time of 14:06.35...finished seventh at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships in the 5,000 meters (13:51.48)...his season-best time of 13:47.10 in the 5,000 meters came at the Bryan Clay Invitational...redshirted the indoor season.

Redshirted the 2022 Cross Country Season. 

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Four-year letter winner in both cross country and track at Little Miami under the direction of coach Eric Bond...Gatorade Player of the Year, All-American, two-time state champion and 14 school records...Honor roll student, AP Scholar and Top 10% of his class

PERSONAL: Son of Daniel and Heather...has two brothers, Michael and Nathan...plans to major in computer science
