Megan Berry

Megan Berry joined the Butler women's basketball program as the director of operations in May of 2022. Before arriving on campus, Berry spent the 2021-22 campaign at IUPUI organizing team travel, planning team meals, and creating content for the Jaguars' social media outlets.

Berry enjoyed a stellar season at IUPUI in 2021-21 with the Jaguars posting a 24-5 overall record that included a trip to the NCAA Tournament. The Jaguars upset #15 Iowa on Dec. 21 and would win 14-straight Horizon League matchups from Jan. 2 to Feb. 17. That winning streak helped IUPUI claim the regular season championship and the top seed in the conference tournament. From there, the Jags recorded one win in The Jungle against Robert Morris and added a pair of victories at Indiana Farmers Coliseum to secure a conference title and an automatic trip to the postseason.

Prior to her time at IUPUI, Berry spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Maryville University. She joined that staff as the recruiting coordinator. The Saints were at or above .500 in each of her two seasons on the sidelines. Berry had the opportunity to coach a CoSIDA Academic All-American and three All-Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) honorees.

Before joining the Saints, Berry worked as an event coordinator and facility manager for the NBA's Indiana Pacers Athletic Center in Westfield, Ind. She helped build the girls basketball program Primetime.

Berry also has prior coaching experience as a varsity assistant at Delta High School in Muncie, Ind. She assisted in practice structure at Delta, while communicating and organizing team operations.

As a student-athlete, Berry played collegiately at Ball State and graduated with a degree in communications and a minor in Spanish. She attended nearby Hamilton Southeastern High School, helping the Royals to two conference championships. Berry was a three-time All-Hoosier Crossroads Conference Selection. As a junior, Berry was selected to the IBCA Underclass Large School All-State squad and earned All-State honorable mention honors. She was chosen to the Hoosier Basketball Top 60, was a 2016 Large School All-State team selection, All-USA Central Indiana honorable mention and a Junior All-Star.

Berry now resides in Fishers with her husband Kyle.
