Kelly Luse joined the Butler University Athletics staff in 2017 as an Associate Athletic Trainer. Her sport responsibilities are with women’s basketball as well as the men’s and women’s cross country teams. She also coordinates the insurance claims process for Butler student-athletes.
Luse came to Butler after spending five years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Franklin College. At Franklin, she was the primary athletic trainer for volleyball, women’s basketball, cross country/track and field and the tennis teams.
She graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind., in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Sport and Movement Sciences. In 2012, she completed her Master’s of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While at Wisconsin, she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the women’s soccer team.
She is originally from Indianapolis.
